Hello, i just have a question, Will I be able to stream/record via obs and possibly edit with Vegas or Adobe Premiere with drauger?

Hi! Sorry for the late response!
Yes, you can stream/record via OBS no problem. I do this whenever I stream to our YouTube channel. You can install OBS using this command:
sudo snap install obs-studio
Adobe Premiere does not work on any Linux distro, and that includes Drauger OS. I have no idea about Vegas. I typically use Kdenlive to edit video. Also OpenShot works well! I used that for a long time as well. But, if you need something more professional, DaVinci Resolve runs on Linux.
